Currently, I accept Medicaid (HealthFirst CO), Medicare, United Behavioral Health, and TriCare West Health Insurances. I also offer Superbills for clients if they are with an outside insurance company.  Clients have been able to seek reimbursement from their insurance company for a behavioral health service provided by an 'Out Of Network Provider.'  Please contact your insurance company before our initial visit to find out what your behavioral health benefits are and be prepared to provide this information at the first visit. Some insurance plans require pre-authorization so it is important to ask this question as well. I accept cash, credit cards and checks as payment for services and payment is due at the time of our meeting.

 

Rates:

First Appointment/Assessment:  $160

50 min session:   $130

90 min session:   $195

Home visits:  $130 per 50min session + $15 Travel Fee

Cancellation Policy:

 

I require 24 hours notice if your appointment needs to be changed for any reason. For missed appointments or canceled sessions within 24 hours of the appointment time, I will charge $75.00 or the client's full negotiated session fee, whichever amount is greater.
